In London. Nifty City. Particularly enjoying the train system.

Have seen (in no particular order) The Palace, The Tower of London, The Ravens, London Bridge, Blackfriar Bridge, THe Globe, National Theater (and a great rendition of Much Ado About Nothing.)
Seen Big Ben, Westminster, St. Paul's, the Fireman's Memorial, walked a great part of the River Thames, Had a few pints of Cold Guiness, was as Tate Modern, saw The Samuel Pepys Bar (which was closed.)
Went to the National Portrait Museum and the National Gallery. Trotted along Regent Street and saw the Rolls-Royce dealership (pretty.) Ran into a gang of true British Punks, in all their regalia - was amused.
Ran into monuments to the founder of elementary education and the woman leader of the temperance movement in the same park.

Toddled around the Red line, the Blue Line, the Dark Blue Line and the Black line. THe Orange line is closed for repairs. As is the Silver.
Have dabbled with the busses. Got misplaced a number of times. Got refound.

HorseChaser has been a trooper. We've been trotting all over hither and yon to get pictures for her senior project, and she's been really good about it.

Much more is in bloom down here. Is pretty.

Her professor is a bloody idiot with no professionalism and no sense of direction. I wash my hands of her.

Internet here is spotty and expensive. Maybe an update tomorrow, more likely on Monday or when I get back.

It's cold and damp here.

Thoughts:
I wish we had a train system like this back home.
I wish I could have spent more than 45 minutes in the National Gallery.
Seeing "Much Ado" made the theater juices turn again.
