Working with internal business units and FourLetterCompany partners, the Web Solutions Specialist is responsible for defining and managing the execution of web-based initiatives to drive business growth, improve efficiencies, and build the FourLetterCompany brand online. As part of the Online Commerce Group’s Corporate Web Support team, the WSS is responsible for leading the development of online solutions that deliver business benefits across FourLetterCompany Corporation. Specific responsibilities include:
· Apply effective Project Management techniques to oversee the implementation of online projects, ensuring the on time, in scope, on budget delivery of completed work, including:
· Learn and understand existing technologies and functionality to identify opportunities for leveraging across projects and business units
· Learn and understand business models and strategies across business units to appropriately advise and influence recommended approaches for specific web initiatives
· Work with client groups to solicit, understand, and define business requirements for upcoming projects
· Lead the effective formulation of web solutions to fulfill business needs, leveraging and/or integrating with existing web systems and infrastructure
· Assist, as required, in the formulation of business proposals that effectively demonstrate for client audiences the proposed web solution to meet their business needs
