I'm 90% done with the graphics for Crown, but I realized I need bodies so that this adventure can be pulled off. It should actually be easier than last time!
If you are going to be at crown, and you're looking for something to do other than standing around, we will need a total of about 8-12 people to make the list trees do their thing again this year (12 in a perfect world, but we'll manage)
4 people to man the trees themselves - you raise and lower it and help the runner get the little shields on.
Each tree covers two pits - the shields on one side correspond to who's in the pit on that side of the tree.
4-8 people to run the shields to the trees - you take the shields from the tree, bring them back to a main table to be resorted, and then bring them back out to the tree to be rehung.
In a perfect world it's 1 runner to 1 pit. (2 pits per tree) but, if we need to, it can be 1 runner per tree. (So one person would have to keep clear who's device gets hung on what side of the tree.)
Let me know if this is something you'd be interested in, so I know how many will need to be conscripted. ;)

By the way, may your Lord fight to his best for the sake of your honor. Try not to dazzle too much with your smile though. It could be distracting.
