New meat "processing center" opened 3 weeks ago in VT. Humane methods. USDA approved.

Cool. I heard about them today and instantly figured it would be info for you. It's a lot closer than St. Johnsbury, VT and the NH processing plant isn't humane, even though they're efficient.
