That is your PRESIDENT, and the office should command your respect.

I hope you are embarrassed and ashamed, Rep. Wilson. I hope your family is ashamed, and your party. Your much polished "apology" didn't reflect too much genuine remorse to me.

But congratulations. You managed, with your vitriol, to turn the conversation from the true point of the matter we should be paying attention, (health care and insurance reform,) to your elementary outburst. Nice piece of media manipulation.
Was that the point all along, Rep. Wilson? Were you just waiting for something to shout about, so as to redirect the spotlight?




I wish I could be done with it, stick my head in the sand and wait for this to blow over. But with a family member with a traumatic brain injury, who lives far below the poverty line, I can't afford not to know where this is going.

Agreed it's one thing for Teddy to shake his head 'no' in disagreement. It's another thing for some dumb-@$$ to yell out "You lie" for all the world to hear during a lull. Or at least I think so.
