For the first time in a long time, I wasn't expecting my vehicle to crap out from under me on the way to work.
Hurray!
I couldn't get excited until the man *put the key in my hand*, *and it started* and *I* drove away with it. Until then, I didn't trust the fates not to give me a loopy pre-seized engine or something as equally wierd. Or for the man to laugh at me and say "Nope, just kidding! I just sold it to that gnome over there!"
Afterwards, instant depreciation has never felt so good.
