Friday Night Bacon Is a Go

Hi all!

So while the kids are away, in their house I'll play.
(Hi Illustrator! Hi Metabomber! hope FL is all it's cracked up to be.)

Tonight, at Chez Illi-bomber, I bring to you all Breakfast and Movie Night.

I'll be making the Pancakes and Bacon. Ya'll can bring whatever else you want that complements Breakfast. Or booze. There's nothing wrong with red wine and Pancakes.

I have tentatives from many folks - Please let me know if you'll be there so I can plan how many pigs need to be sacrificed for the cause.

Show up any time after 6, and I should be home from work.

NOTE: Two Large, Very Furry Dogs in Residence. Medicate accordingly.

Bacon coma

It's been one of those weeks.
Just go go go go go... and now.. the house is silent - the dogs are walked.. the dishes done and loaded up... I'm sitting around wondering what the hell to wear tomorrow and wondering if what I think I'm going to wear fits... The dogs are snoring contentidly, and I'm bloody exhausted. A good exhausted.
The house smells like bocon.
I think I'm drunk on bacon.

Just a note - a triple batch of pancakes, 1 lb of blueberries, and 4 lbs of bacon fed 9 people handily.

*yawn*

I should go to bed. my shaking hand tells me so. That the body is still operation though the driver is mostly alseep. But this is a good thing. WoofyPants 1 and 2 will hopefully let me sleep.

Bacon makes for the best of friends.

It was good to see folks. You know everyone's enjoying the company when the "Breakfast and Movie night" never makes it to part B, and we all just wind up telling stories in the kitchen.

I get to see more people tomorrow. Glee.
