Crazy productive
Dec. 17th, 2006 10:27 pmI have a dresser now that I can put my socks in.
Making the decision to buy it was the painful part, putting my socks in it was the bestest part.
Started staining the basement stairs "Fruitwood." It's dark enouch not to show dirt, but light enough to keep things light. Because I didn't want to have to go outside to get back inside, I only stained every other stair. Then, tomorrow, I'll go back and stain the rest of the stairs.
This is also good, because I have to do laundry, and I didn't want to have to go outside to get it. :)
The Man is upstairs putting his closet together. We went and got one of those closet system organizer thinggers so we don't have to live off the floor. Closets and dressers! My inner organizer is very pleased.
Saw many good friends and a hockey game today. I've never been to a live game, it was a lot of fun and we should do it again. Kind of torn though - do I root for the Providence Bruins of the Lowell Devils? So I rooted for both. :)
Got some of my christmas gifts together today. It also pleased me.
Very tired now, but the man is still bumping around the bedroom. mmmph. Must be the sleepytime tea kicking in.
