Weird. Not completely uncool, as there was a really nice sword dance done, and some interesting martial art-sey type dance involved. So tonight's ushering job was not a complete was of time, and damnit, I even got me some culture.

It did have that <i 'please put this piece of paper under you tongue after you are seated in the module'/i> feel. Only two minor tech. accidents. One, the girl on the follow spot went to follow the actor/dancer/musician and the leg fell off the spotlight, causing it to kant over and fall forward, directly at the light switchboard and the light manager's head. It was caught, with the girl only suffering minor burns from grabbing the light's housing. The second accident came as we were striking the set and a very 'in the way not helping just being in the way' person pinched their finger real good. She'll live.

So tomorrow I go and get the almighty buck. Just gotta get downtown to cash it. Maybe I'll walk if it's nice out.

Thinking about picking up running again. The only problem is I hate doing it around people I don't know, and I hate doing it alone. *sigh* kinda caught here...

a) Call if ya wanna walk with someone, if it's nice out. Gotta deposit something too.

b) I've been thinking seriously about hitting the gym and running or biking, and maybe doing weights. But I hate doing it around people I don't know, and I hate doing it alone. Let's work on this. ;)
