My Uncle is suddenly finding himself potentially jobless at 54 (sucktastic age to try to find a new gig, too young to retire, just old enough where no one wnats to hire you.)

This is what he says -
"My specialty is in the field of unix operating systems and a particular brand of storage and backup systems that are somewhat uncommon outside of engineering businesses
but sometimes used in oracle database shops. Never hurts to apply right?"

Anyone know of anyone hiring? They are willing to move from Burlington, VT, but I'm sure they'd prefer to stay up there.
