Update: Pheasant and Hog Dude
Mar. 31st, 2009 05:19 pmIf anyone's looking to cook pheasant, I know a guy who will have A LOT of pheasant on hand by the end of the summer. He currently has about 200 laying - he's estimating high and terrified he's going to have 2k birds he can't find plates for by the fall.
I was pretty sure I knew some people who'd be interested. ;)
Not sure what his prices are going to be, but he's a good bloke to know.
He will eventually have Awesome Bacon as well, as he's raising about 60 head of these:
