There is a building on fire. You have a choice - you can either rescue a child or a pet, but not both.
You must decide between the two.

Which do you rescue?

In regard to my previous question

If you elected to save the child, you might want to think long and hard before ticking off yes on Question #3 tomorrow.

Does the industry need more regulation? Yes. Should there be stricter rules and painfully high penalties for breaking them?
"You betcha!"

But to dissolve jobs, in this economy, on people for whom this is their lifestyle? Who generally have very few skills to begin with? Irresponsible.


And it won't stop with dogs. This passes and in 5 years you can kiss the remaining horse tracks goodbye too. And you might be able to imagine that this will directly affect me through my sister.

Disclaimer - Yes. I wear a pendant of a greyhound around my neck daily. Yes, I desire to eventually own a greyhound. Yes, I love my dog (who is not a greyhound.) But that doesn't negate the fact that he is a dog, not a human being. And those crying yes to Q3 blur the "human in a fur suit/animal" line pretty badly in my opinion.
