I hate to point out the obvious, but have you even considered just going on the cheap,
(ie, no stupid marketing scams,)
eating moderate portions of healthy food 3-5 times a day, drinking lots of water, and getting 30-45 min of excercise every day?
(And for people with injury, go find a pool and quit yer whining. These days there's a pool in almost every Y.)
Easy ways to loose weight right off the bat are cutting fast food and soda from your diet. Completely. No exceptions.
Also helps to cut any drink with high fructose corn syrup - it's not natural and not good for you anyway. Then stop with the candy. We are not meant to exist on white sugar. There's a reason why, when we were little, it was called a "treat."
I'm extremely skeptical of all weight loss programs that make you buy things to support their program... they all help you to 'loose weight' but they in no way promote the change to a healthier lifestyle or better habits. The Beast known as Man did not evolve to live on digestable grade plastic and vitamin smoothies alone.
We need Carbs. We need Salt. We need Protein. We even need sugar in very small doeses (for mental stability.)
The Key here is Moderation, People.
You don't need some crack-smoking speed-freak shacked up in a Marketing Department in Central Oklahoma surrounded by botox-numb anorexic peroxide blonde waifs telling you to drink his (or her) sludge so you are beautiful.
You are beautiful people when you use your brains, cut down how much you take in, and get off your butts.
