Ok..

well, I was really trying to get some work done, but they're shutting down the client server.. So here I am, updating my journal.

Well, HighHolyCarKiller went and got her foot in it again. Now I'm pissed enough to call a lawyer. Anyone know anyone who I could just talk to and see if I've got anything here? It's a long, complicated story, so I won't bore anyone here with the details.

Gram's back in the hospital. I guess Mum had to go in and throw a fit to get her admitted. Long story in and of it's self, but in the end, Mum also had to go in and get some paperwork from gram's house. And what she found there would make your head spin. Giant financial discrepancies, holes in bank accounts you could drive a train through, and other monitary unpleasentness. We've got a pretty good idea which kin's been ripping her off.
So Mum's a little,.. iritated? irate? infuriated? yea, those all fit..

Went out last night and started on a flat I'm doing for the Theater Tech department for "Zorba." It's a bastardized mural of the famous 'bull leaping' fresco on Create(?) it's not coming along too badly. I'll try and get a picture of it and post it when it's done.

Thinking about just breaking down and getting the Adobe Publisher software bundle. No more of this half-assed mishmosh of partial programs. I haven't gotten a price yet, but it'll be at least $500, easy...

But in getting decent software, I can get more freelance stuff, meaning I may be able to go away for a while. But that won't work, because then I'd be here, doing the jobs that make the money that would potentially sent me away..
