InDesign/HTML Help

The situation:
I have a lovely newsletter, built in InDesign. It has a top-page spanning masthead (graphic.) It is spilt into two colums of text. It has a bottom-page spanning call to action (graphic.)
I need to export it to HTML and have it hold the formatting.

I've tried exporting to HTML directly from InDesign (fail.)
I've tried exporting a PDF from InDesign and exporting it as HTML from Acrobat (fail.)
I opened Dreamweaver, got the distinct impression my brain was wired incorrectly, and closed the program (fail.)

Does anyone have any idea how to do this? There could be cookies in your future if you com up with the winning solution!

In the next few days.
I can run it by you tonight IF you're game. But I don't want to drag you into work at home if you don't want to.

Bring it on by, with header, footer and background images. Also be sure to bring on my any size requirements for the HTML page. ie: Default browser target size, etc.

This is where I assume you'll be by for dinner?

Ok. I was given no size requirements, so I assume whatever the default email size is (i know, that's probably like saying what a default shoe size is)
I'll have my whole file with me on the MacBookBoromir to play with how you will.

May I recommend that they figure out what size they are looking for. Current spec is akin to "the default size of paper" which differs by default measurement system.

The official reply was "Umm, Outlook email size?"
I'll ahh... get on it...
