headache

I've had a headache for three days.
Oh sure, it goes away, but has this habit of comeing back, usually later in the day.
Feels very sinus-y
Light and noise sensitive.
Wondering if I can blame it on fat week. Lack of iron?

All's I know if that the fucked up blue Tylenol PM pills make it go away and let me sleep. Well, sleep in a hallucinating kind of way.

I need that right now.
No pain.
No noise.
No light.
Just chemical induced sleep.
